Andrew joined the firm on the 1st of August 1996 and became a partner on the 1st of January 1999. His experience extends to acquisitions, mergers, securities law, legal compliance, board advisory, mining law and bankruptcy law. He is the head of the firms’ Restructuring Department and jointly heads the Commercial and Corporate Department. He has extensive experience in chairing scheme of arrangement meetings and in the privatisation and restructuring of state owned enterprises.
