Cordellia graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2014 and joined the firm as an Associate in the same year. She was admitted into the Partnership in 2019 which role she currently occupies.

Cordellia is passionate about Real Estate and Intellectual Property. Apart from her qualification from the University of Zimbabwe, she holds an LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and an LLM from the same university where she specialized in Intellectual Property Law. Further to these qualifications, she has a diploma from the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (REIZ) which qualifies her to practice as a Valuer. She is currently pursuing licentiateship from the Estate Agents Council (EAC) for her registration as a Principal Agent.

Cordellia is part of the Real Estate department in the firm, where she practices as a Conveyancer and attends to litigation for general property disputes. As a member of the Intellectual Property Department, she handles local and cross-border registrations for various well-known Zimbabwean and Internationally recognized brands. She has authored legal guides in the field of Real Estate, Trademark, Copyright and Design Law which have been published in noteworthy publications such as the International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG), and Chambers and Partners.
