Milton graduated cum laude from the University of Fort Hare. He joined the firm as an associate in 2018 and became a partner in July 2023.
His experience in commercial law matters includes advising clients on joint venture arrangements and share incentive schemes. He has represented clients in a variety of industries including mining, financial services, timber, construction, hospitality and manufacturing.
As a key member of the firm’s litigation and alternative dispute resolution department he has successfully represented his clients in the superior courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Milton is a co-author of the Zimbabwe Chapter in the International Comparative Legal Guide – Mining Law.
He is also a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and the Association of Young Arbitrators.
