
Nick Willsmer
Nick commenced practice as a prosecutor in 1968, qualified as an advocate in 1969 while briefly at the Attorney-General’s Office and then in 1970 joined a firm of legal practitioners called Surgey, Pittman and Kerswell, where in due course he became their Managing Partner.
He joined Wintertons as a consultant partner in 2000, bringing an established clientele with him.
He is a commercial and litigation practitioner in all fields, particularly in relation to property matters and landlord and tenant disputes, and is experienced in the drafting of a variety of agreements and the provision of legal opinions.
He advises clients in relation to commercial agreements and is an expert on the topic of Zimbabwe’s currency and indigenization legislation.
He handles due diligence exercises and has prepared a considerable number of wills and trusts.
