Ruvimbo joined the firm on the 1st of July 2004 and was admitted into the partnership on the 1st of January 2009. She specialises in Labour and Employment Law, and heads the Labour & Employment Law Department of the firm. She represents some of the country’s biggest employers, including blue-chip corporates.

Ruvimbo handles litigation in Labour and Employment Law in the Labour and Supreme Courts, and also represents clients in arbitration proceedings.

She has assisted clients in formulating manuals governing internal disciplinary proceedings as well as codes of conduct

Ruvimbo has authored articles on Labour and Employment Law which have been published in prestigious international publications such as the International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) and Chambers Global. She is also a resource person for the Employers Confederation in Zimbabwe.

Ruvimbo has, in addition, acquired considerable experience in civil litigation and in matrimonial matters.
