Tatenda Nyamayaro

Personal Experience

Tatenda holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree and a Master’s degree in Commercial Laws, both from the University of Zimbabwe. He joined Wintertons in 2019 and he is a member of the Labour and Employment Law, Family Law, Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Departments. He also has an interest in Energy, Infrastructure, and Natural Resources Law and Corporate and Commercial Law.
He specializes in Labour and Employment Law, and he advises and represents some of the country’s biggest employers in courts and tribunals. He has co-authored several Labour-related articles in international publications such as THE Chambers & Partners & ICLG.
Tatenda is a Trustee of the Law Society of Zimbabwe Compensation Fund.
