The team, which is part of the corporate and commercial practice area, also provides legal assistance to clients in day-to-day operations from a regulatory and corporate point of view, as well as in industry-related mergers and acquisitions, general due diligence, project structuring & documentation, power purchase agreements, financing security agreements, infrastructure sharing agreements, regulatory approvals, implementation & direct agreements, tribute agreements, public & private sector transactions and mining transactions.
The team also handles all matters related to the mining sector including, general due diligence, structuring of mining acquisitions, environmental issues related to mining and mine disputes.
