The Department is headed by PAUL CHRISTOPHER PAUL and offers advice and the necessary registration services in respect of the following, Trademarks & Brands, Patents, Copyrights, Intellectual Property in Commercial Transactions, Intellectual Property Litigation, Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Licensing & Technology Transfers.

The activity of the IP Team focuses on acquiring and maintaining intellectual property rights, complying with them and defending them in the event of their infringement. The team also handles the drafting of licensing agreements.

Much of this work involves not only the courts but also the police or administrative authorities that have authority over various aspects of intellectual property. The work also involves the continuing activity of monitoring and adapting to the ever-changing provisions that govern IP rights.
