Bongani is a senior member of the Family Law and Estates Department and is in charge of the Estates Administration section. She joined the firm on the 1st March 1998 after a successful career in the Master’s Office at the High Court of Zimbabwe. She assists in the registration of estates of deceased persons under both Customary and General Law. She handles all aspects of Estates Administration, including distribution of Estate Property and drafting Inheritance Plans and First and Final Distribution Accounts. She is also in charge of the firm’s custody services for wills and title deeds for deceased estates.
