Ruvimbo joined the firm on the 1st July 2004 and became a partner on the 1st January 2009. She heads the Labour & Employment Law Department. She has a successful practice, involving a wide clientele and representing both Zimbabwe Stock Exchange-listed companies and non- listed companies.

She specializes in Labour and Employment Law, and in this regard represents some of the country’s biggest employers. She is a resource person for the Employers’ Confederation of Zimbabwe and has done several presentations for their members on topical labour issues.

Ruvimbo also represents several international non- governmental organisations. In addition, she has acquired considerable experience in civil litigation and in matrimonial matters.
